PhD: McGill University, Canada, 2003.)
Research Interests: Algebraic Number Theory, with an emphasis on algorithmic aspects. I am particularly interested in modular forms, automorphic forms and representations and the Langlands Programme. I was an associate member at the Mathematic Section of the International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy. I used that position to advice undergraduate students from developing countries who wanted to transition to graduate and postgraduate studies in Europe and North America.
аĿª½±Service: Member-at-Large of Council (2024-),
Additional Information: I was born in Côte d’Ivoire, where I did my undergraduate studies. After my PhD in Canada, I held postdoctoral positions in the USA and Europe before settling in the UK. Being born in a developing country and having experienced different educational systems, I am particularly aware of the challenges related to underrepresentation in STEM and EDI issues. So, I want to use my personal experience to develop a new approach to tackle those issues.
